BaldwinClarke Business Valuation credentials include ASA, CVA, and CM&AA designations. 

Typical engagements include business sale & purchase, buy/sell agreements, estate & gift transfers, and option/equity award analysis purposes. BaldwinClarke has experience evaluating entities with revenues ranging from less than $1 million to above $200 million.

Greg Lesoine

ASA – Senior Valuation Analyst

With close to 30 years of experience in the discipline, Greg helps lead BaldwinClarke’s valuation practice and is an Accredited  Senior Appraiser in the American Society of Appraisers.

Greg has delivered valuations to a meet a wide range of formal and strategic planning needs across a wide cross section of industries. He specializes in the valuation of fractional and controlling interests in closely-held companies for legal purposes and in connection with mergers and acquisitions.

Greg also has experience in valuing ownership interests in family limited partnerships and other pass-through entities.

Scott LaValley

CVA® – Managing Director*

Scott is a Managing Director of Baldwin & Clarke Advisory Services, Inc., where he primarily focuses on financial and estate planning, in addition to providing exit planning and business continuity services.

Scott dovetails his individual and personal planning work, by advising business owners on corporate strategies to assist with value creation and risk management.

He is a Certified Valuation Analyst® (CVA®), a credential granted by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) only to qualified individuals with considerable professional experience in the field of business valuation.

Peter Clarke

CM&AA – COO

Peter works actively with valuation clients to provide corporate finance services to BaldwinClarke’s entrepreneurial, and middle market clients. Peter has over 20 years of financial services experience spanning roles in private equity, strategic consulting and investment banking.

He works closely with clients throughout the entirety of the firm’s valuation engagements, largely responsible for client communications, information discovery and due diligence and financial analysis.

Peter is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor® through the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors®.
